- Step 1: The products are first weighed and securely packed in 3 layers to prevent spillage.
- Step 2: This sealed package is then placed into a dense, airtight, unbreakable plastic box.
- Step 3: We place this box in a sturdy cardboard/carton sleeve to provide additional protection from squeezing.
- Step 4: This is then placed in a box with your address printed and affixed to it.
What if you receive a broken product or a delayed delivery beyond 7 days?
We strive to deliver products in their best condition to your doorstep. However, to provide you with confidence, we assure you that if you receive the product in a broken state or after 7 days of shipment time, we offer you either a refund or a replacement package, as per your choice. Rest assured, there's no need to panic or worry – simply order the product, and we'll take ownership of delivering it to you in the best condition and quality.
Refund Policy
- If the product reaches you in poor condition or later than 7 days in shipment, you will receive a refund for the product cost, or we will send you another package.
- If we are unable to deliver due to an incorrect address or receiver unavailability, the responsibility will lie with the receiver.
Shipment
- Once the product is shipped, we will share the tracking number with you, enabling you to track the package yourself.
- In case of remote locations, courier personnel might call you to collect the package. If you prefer a specific courier service that can deliver to your doorstep, please mention it in the comments while ordering, and we will send it through the courier service you suggested.
- If the product is out of the packaging when you receive it, please send us a picture and refrain from consuming it. We will send you another package.
- Due to varying climate conditions and handling during shipping, there is a chance that the product may become unsuitable for consumption upon eceipt. In such cases, please do not consume the product and communicate with us. We will refund you for the product and send you another package. While the chances of this occurring are minimal, we want to ensure you are well-informed.
